Building upon the success of the previous six conferences, the Alberta Hydronics Advisory Council is planning its best show yet. Our seventh Foothills Conference will be held at the Mayfield Inn & Suites Conference and Trade Centre, Edmonton, Alberta on April 15 - 17, 2009. In addition to an exciting line-up of speakers, we will once again hold an industry trade show that attracts over 75 exhibitors. This will give delegates, industry representatives, and sponsors an opportunity to meet and network in a trade show environment.
The Alberta Hydronics Advisory Council is dedicated to the promotion, training and correct installation of hydronic (hot water) heating systems in Alberta. Our membership base is as diverse as the industry itself, with hydronic installers, designers, inspectors, manufacturers, wholesalers, agents, and educators.
For the 2009 Foothills Conference and Trade Show, we are planning to retain an outstanding group of speakers. The NEW two-day Trade Show and three-day educational format provides exceptional learning and networking opportunities and is an excellent value. The Conference is open to all in the hydronics industry and we hope to attract more than 400 delegates from across Alberta and an additional 20 percent from across Canada and around the world. We expect an additional 350 people to attend the trade show portion of the event.
Education remains the cornerstone of the conference. The Manufacturers' Technical Showcases will run again with 12 on-hour sessions and six one and ¼ hour sessions on a first come first serve basis. The 2009 Foothills Committee is proud to offer an exciting way for you to promote your products and services to a qualified audience comprised of Conference delegates.
